Recommendations for placement of small object tattoo?

planning spring 2026 tattoo and planning on getting a small sentimental object (maybe a grandfather clock) - curious about people's experiences with pain on the forearm vs ankle?

I'd say the forearm is definitely less painful than the ankle. If you're able to use bactine after an initial outline I think either should be okay though!
